Description
Jürgen Lehl Babaghuri Alpaca/Linen/Silk Multi-Purpose Asymmetric Skirt. As you’ve already noticed it turns out to be quite difficult to come up with a short title for this truly amazing garment by Japan-based designer Jürgen Lehl. First of all, we’ll note that this is the most delicate piece of clothing we’ve had in the MiAW selection. That doesn’t mean, however, that this skirt is something you have to be extra careful with since it’s incredibly well made with a beautiful – touching – attention to detail. The surface of the fabric changes in texture and feel over the different parts of the skirt. Furthermore, is the pattern quite extraordinary, with asymmetric seams, exposing Lehl’s obvious eye for the Japanese Avant-Garde approach. Since the skirt is designed as a fitted tube, it can also be used as a dress or a top. We could talk for ages about this work of art, so why don’t you wear it and see for yourself?
The model is 171cm tall.
